Kastav Significance of the project Development of a centre with public, cultural, entertainment, hotel, and residential facilities which would contribute to the development of Kvarner as a tourist destination. The project involves the following construction activities The project involves the following construction activities: shopping centre including commercial premises, bars and restaurants, parking lot, hotel with a wellness centre, multiplex movie theatre with a congress centre, leisure activities, and many other amenities. The project includes the construction of a section of a road, as well as the construction of a supermarket and two car dealerships in a later phase.
