The Barci entrepreneurial zone is located in the central part of the Vinodolski Municipality, at the border between the towns of Bribir and Grižane, above the location Grižane-Barci, next to the Bribir-Grižane county highway.

Development of entrepreneurial infrastructure and the increase of entrepreneur competitive advantage.

The project involves the following construction activities

The project involves the following construction activities: construction of communal infrastructure and the construction of production and commercial facilities at a 2 ha area. The plot on which the zone is to be developed is completely flat, which is another significant advantage regarding expansion options. Moreover, its location next to the Bribir – Grižane highway means that no significant investments are necessary into power and water supply lines, since such facilities are located at the immediate vicinity of the plot. The joint area will have a surface area of 2,000 m², and the construction plots that of approximately 18,000 m². Plot construction coefficient is 0.5, while plot construction coefficient is 1.0. Maximum ground plan area of all facilities is 9,000 m². All facilities can comprise several floors, thus increasing the possible commercial surface.
Power and water supply lines are locate in the immediate vicinity of the location, as well a well-developed road infrastructure in the direction of both near-by towns – Grižane and Bribir – and Crikvenice.
