Significance of the project

Development of economy through the promotion of entrepreneurship, creation of a favourable entrepreneurship environment, creation of new jobs.

The project involves the following construction activities

The total surface of the K1 business zone is 14 ha, the northern part comprising 4 ha, and the southern part 10 ha. In the northern part of the zone, the infrastructure is completed and the possibility exists to buy commercial property from private owners. In the southern part of the zone, the development of infrastructure and investments into commercial property is planned.
